Khandvi



khandvi  is a gujarati dish.

 Ingredients;
3/4 cup curd
1cup water
1/2 cup gram flour
1/2 tea spoon turmic powder a pinch of asafoetida
1tspoon chilli ginger paste ,salt to taste


FOR TEMPERING
2tspoon oil
1/2 spoon musterd seeds
2 green chillies
8 to 9 curry leaves
FOR GARNISHING

a] 1 table spoon granted coconut
b] 2table spoon chopped coriander

METHOD FOR MAKING KHANDVI
                                                                                                                                                                   

mix all the ingredients for khandvi in a deep microwave safe bowel, microwave at 80% power for 5 minutes,stirring in between. again microwave for 3 minutes at 80% power stirring in between until the mixture gets thick.

2]take out the mixture and spread it as thinly as possible on a thick polythene sheet with the help of a flat small
bowel, as it cools down cut into strips and roll them in a serving dish.

FOR TEMPERING;
take all ingredients for tempering in a small microwave bowl and microwave at 100%power for2 minutes pour this on khandvi rolls in the serving dish.

sprinkel coriander leaves and granted coconut.
