DUM ALO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  200gm small potatoes, 2tbs oil, 2tbs tomato pure, 2tbs onion paste, 1tbs chilli garlic paste, salt . pepper to taste, green coriander to garnish.                                                                                                                
           METHOD                                                                                                                                            
 1,  Wash and peel the potatoes. microwave the potatoes for 7 to 8minutes. at 100%power. prick with fork and keep it aside                                                                                                                                            
2., In microwave  bowl put oil , all masala and pastes,microwave covered for 5 minutes at100%power,in between stir it.then add potatoes and heat it for 2 minutes in microwave at 100% power.                            
3, Finally grill for 5 to 7 minutes till golden brown , granish with corinder and serve hot with roti.
